Description
Reported by Jordan Russell; checked by Reinier Sterkenburg
To reproduce:
  1. Create TMainMenu, and set OwnerDraw to True.
  2. Create a "File" submenu on the menu, with a "New" item inside. Set the ShortCut property of the New item to Ctrl+N.
  3. Run, and observe that "New" overwrites part of "Ctrl+N".
